ok revisiting this concept now that i’m awake. i have ideas. yessss. they are vague and unformed ideas, and i have no idea what to do with them… but i have them. plot ideas. ideas for what the empire’s propaganda/censorship did to wreck the original, and how the earth remake got it closer to the truth.

i’m at sea as to what it would be, though… a fic, a fanadventure, an au idea blog, just a tag…? i am doing my autistic thing of getting mired in ‘there is no procedure for this’ and require unfloundering.

I personally would be happy with just a tag with your ideas thrown on it however you feel like putting them down. You already have a lot on your plate, and however awesome a concept Sunslammer Down is, it’s still a background detail for another, already ongoing work. You’ll just burn out if you try to concentrate on both at the same time.

Also I’m not entirely sure how an au idea blog would work. And I’m not sure a fan adventure would allow for DVD extras and director commentary?

A shared-universe thing with various people providing story bits, framing/plot/ epistolary detail? (As an example of what I mean, there was a Stargate Atlantis story called “Written by the Victors” that created a lot of epistolary spinoffs by other writers.)
